Flame Retardant Canvas Product Overview
CNFR11 cotton nylon arc-proof flame-retardant canvas workwear fabric is a high-performance protective fabric designed for harsh working environments. It cleverly combines the softness and comfort of cotton fibers with the high strength and wear resistance of nylon fibers, and is treated with a special flame-retardant process to provide workers with a reliable safety barrier when facing potential fire and arc hazards.
Flame Retardant Canvas Product Specifications
1. Ingredient Ratio: The cotton fiber content is usually 88%, and the nylon fiber accounts for 12%. This ratio allows the fabric to have both the skin-friendly breathability of cotton and the toughness of nylon, while ensuring comfort and greatly improving the durability of the fabric.
2. Weight: The common weight is 360-370 g/m2 (11 oz). The fabric thickness under this weight is moderate, which has good wear resistance and protective performance, and will not bring too much burden to the wearer, suitable for long-term work.
3. Width: The standard width is generally 57/58 inches (about 147 cm), which can meet the cutting needs of various workwear production, reduce fabric waste and improve production efficiency.
