FR Arc Protection Fabric Description and Key Features

#DROTEX-CNFR8 oz, is one line of DROTEX® ARCSAFE fabric Series for industrial workwear which is blended with 88% long stapled cotton and 12% durable nylon fiber. This fabric has superior abrasion resistance and wrinkle resistance, excellent performance of air permeability and moisture absorption, better strength than other fabrics. At the same time Cotton/Nylon 88/12 FR fabric maintains the soft hand feel and comfortability of cotton fabric. Protective clothing made of this fabric has excellent flame retardant performance, as well as better arc flash protection performance and splash guard performance of molten metal drops. This fabric has higher ATPV value and better thermal protective property which is a relatively high-end product in flame retardant series.

Oil water repellent performance, water spray testing.
Liquid chemical repellent testing(aqueous chemicals only) type6.
Shrinkage in domestic laundering ISO 6330 or industrial laundering ISO 15797.
Flammability performance ISO 15025 A1 or ASTM D6413; original and after washing/dry cycles.
