The fiber of the permanent flame retardant fabric itself has outstanding protection performance, excellent fire retardant performance, arc resistance and thermal protection performance. Excellent shrinkage under industrial washing, high color fastness, abrasion resistance and tear resistance. The aramid fabric in the permanent flame-retardant fabric series is made of aramid yarn by fixed spinning, fixed weaving and fixed dyeing. The fiber itself has the characteristics of incombustibility, excellent electrical insulation, outstanding chemical stability, excellent mechanical performance, and lasting thermal stability. The aramid flame-retardant fabric woven and dyed with this fiber combines the advantages of ordinary flame-retardant fabric, and has extremely excellent flame-retardant performance, arc resistance Chemical corrosion resistance, thermal protection, abrasion resistance and tear resistance. Protective clothing made of this kind of fabric will not burn, melt, shrink or smoke in case of fire. Especially in case of sudden high temperature of 900-1500 ℃, the cloth surface will rapidly carbonize and thicken, forming a unique thermal insulation barrier to protect the wearer from danger. At the same time, para aramid fiber (commonly known as 1414) and antistatic fiber can be woven into the aramid flame retardant cloth to better enhance its protective performance. It is widely used in oil and gas, aerospace, fire protection, electrical, metallurgy and many other fields.
